
Veeutiful Makeup – Booking Policy
By making a booking with Veeutiful Makeup, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable, including where the client chooses to cancel. If Veeutiful Makeup cancels the appointment, the client’s deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with 72 hours or more notice will not incur an additional cancellation fee, however any deposit paid remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a $55 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service total.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service total.
Late Arrivals
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced service time, and full payment will still apply. If the client arrives too late for the appointment to proceed, the booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation or no-show.
Skin Conditions, Allergies & Client Responsibility
Clients must advise Veeutiful Makeup before booking if they have any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, recent skin treatments, or medical concerns that may affect the service. This allows suitable products to be used where possible. Veeutiful Makeup is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or skin-related issues where the client has failed to disclose known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the appointment.
Makeup Longevity & Aftercare
Veeutiful Makeup is not responsible for any makeup breakdown, fading, smudging, transferring, or removal caused by the client not following aftercare advice provided before or after the appointment. This includes actions such as touching the face, rubbing the eyes, brushing teeth in a way that disturbs the makeup, exposure to water or moisture, excessive sweating, crying, or any other activity that affects the finished application.
Please note that standard makeup services are not waterproof by default. If a client requires a waterproof or heavy glam application, this must be requested at the time of booking so the service can be completed using the most suitable products and techniques.
Inclusions
All makeup services include the application of one set of false lashes.
Touch-Up Kits
A touch-up kit is included with all Glam makeup services and is intended to support aftercare and maintenance of the makeup throughout wear. Touch-up kits are not included with Soft Glam services, but may be added for $50.
Booking Availability
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. An appointment is not secured until the required deposit has been paid and confirmation has been issued.
Travel & Additional Fees
Travel fees may apply for mobile or on-location bookings and will be advised at the time of enquiry or booking. Where applicable, clients may also be responsible for additional costs such as parking fees, tolls, or other travel-related expenses.
Bridal Trial Disclaimer
For bridal bookings, every effort will be made to recreate the approved trial look on the event date. However, results may vary slightly due to factors including skin condition, lighting, weather, product wear, or other environmental conditions on the day.
Force Majeure
Veeutiful Makeup will not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, natural disasters, venue restrictions, or government directions. Where possible, appointments will be rescheduled to the next available suitable date.
Service Completion
Once the makeup application has been completed and approved by the client, Veeutiful Makeup is not responsible for changes to the finished look caused by external factors or client activity after the appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, weather, heat, humidity, tears, eating, drinking, brushing teeth, touching the face, or failure to follow aftercare advice provided.
Clean Skin Preparation
Clients are requested to arrive with a clean face free from makeup where possible, unless otherwise discussed prior to the appointment. This helps ensure the best possible application and finish.
Payments
No over-the-phone payments will be accepted. All bookings must be made and secured online unless otherwise approved. Where the booking platform offers card storage, card details are only saved if the client chooses to keep them on file.
Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after appointments for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional use. If a client does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must advise Veeutiful Makeup before the appointment begins.
Bridal Bookings
Bridal, wedding, and group bookings may be subject to separate terms, deposits, pricing, travel fees, and booking conditions. A separate bridal quote or agreement may be provided where required.
Right to Refuse Service
Veeutiful Makeup reserves the right to refuse service at any time where a situation is unsafe, unsuitable, unhygienic, outside professional limits, or where a client behaves in a disrespectful, aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate manner. Service may also be refused where relevant allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns have not been disclosed. If service is refused for these reasons, any deposit paid will remain non-refundable.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the booking system or website, including name, phone number, and email address, is kept private and used only for booking, payment, and client communication purposes. Card details are only stored through the booking provider if the client chooses to save them.
Agreement
By making a booking with Veeutiful Makeup, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
